The "Goodnight Midnight" party is Friday, May 28 at 7 p.m. at the soon-to-close bookstore at 1450 2nd Street in Santa Monica. Pilar Perez and David Warshofsky of Perceval Press are hosting, with readings and music by Cecilia Brainard, Robbie Conal, Mike Davis. Robert Greenwald (showing a clip from the movie Uncovered), Alicia Kozameh, Jerry Quickley, Luis Rodriguez, Michelle Shocked, Michael Ventura and David Warshofsky. (Hat tip to CaliforniaAuthors.com)
