Art o' the Pup

creditShag, the artist also known as Josh Agle, commemorates the late (but maybe to be resurrected) Tail o' the Pup in a pair of acrylic works. This one envisions a stylish Pup by day; another takes the night view. Links are from the Modcom message board, where the L.A. Conservancy's Director of Preservation Issues, Ken Bernstein, posts that the Blake family vows the Pup will return somewhere.

Also: Modcomists hear that the venerable Genio's in Burbank is about to close.
