Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and Speaker Fabian N��ez plan to campaign on the Eastside tomorrow for M�nica Garc�a, their anointed candidate for the open school board seat to replace Jos� Huizar. They wil be at the Dena New Primary Center in Boyle Heights.
