David LoCicero, Her Ex photog was 83

David LoCicero covered the Korean War, shot sports for Associated Press and worked at the Herald Examiner for 7½ years until 1973. He retired in 1983 as chief photographer for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, where his death on August 11 was announced today.
