I'd forgotten what happens in offices around the holidays — tons of cookies, pumpkin breads, cheese platters and fruit baskets show up and sit around. I must have gotten hold of something dicey and now I'm paying the price. LA Observed is closed at least for this morning. We'll see later how the afternoon looks.
