In case you missed Ashleigh Banfield

BanfieldThe post-9/11 sensation and defrocked global terrorism reporter with the square-rimmed Lafont eyeglasses — dumped by NBC after she bombed as an anchor and criticized Fox News in a speech — turned up today with a first blog entry at the Huffington Post. Banfield posted that she's not tired of media coverage of O.J. Simpson, for this reason: "Thanks to relentless coverage of Simpson's travails, a window has been provided into this man's true soul." Meaning that more black people than ever believe he's guilty of murdering Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman, she says. Banfield has, perhaps, a motive for bringing up the topic. She is the host of the Hollywood Heat gossip show on whatever they call Court TV now.
