* Friday story: LAT focuses on Villaraigosa's standard line that he isn't thinking about governor and intends to serve a second term. He acknowledges his poll numbers are down in the wake of the Mirthala Salinas affair: "I had a tough summer. I got divorced; it wasn't pretty."
