Britain's Prince William, 27, and his girlfriend Kate Middleton were spotted looking at a house in Malibu that was listed for about $8 million, according to Ruth Ryon at Real Estate Channel.com. Ryon, the former Hot Properties columnist for the L.A. Times, posted that the home has been sold — but not to William. She calls it a four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom compound with detached guest house, ocean view and winding driveway.
