US Bank Tower eases a bit on photos

In the ongoing contest of wills between photographers and the owners of Los Angeles' tallest skyscraper, the picture takers report some progress. The guards who try to block pictures of or around the downtown tower now hand out cards saying they "are aware of and respect photographers' constitutional rights."
