When "Hung" star Thomas Jane showed up at the KTLA studios this morning, he got out of the limo in bare feet, says a Channel 5 insider who adds he "freakishly fidgeted in the make-up chair and went wild on the set." The interview went fine, as the video shows, but observers concluded he was bombed — at 8:30 in the morning. A staffer posted on Twitter: "Is actor Thomas Jane both 'Hung' and a little boozed?" Apparently his people weren't amused. I'm told an HBO rep called the station and asked to have the tweet removed, arguing "that's just the way he is." Alas, Twitter never forgets — at least for a few days.
