More cable tricks on Dodgers

With two out in the 8th inning, after the Dodgers scored their 17th run against Milwakuee pitchers, Vin Scully sighed and said, "You know, you would really like to see thing thing end." Finally it did, 14 minutes later — the most runs scored by the Dodgers at home in 20 years. But fans didn't see it in Port Hueneme, apparently. An LA Observed reader emails that his local cable company switched from the game to "Big Brother" on Channel 9.
