TMZ's cameras caught Maria Shriver, the wife of Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, parking her Escalade in a Santa Monica red zone for almost an hour. She released a statement this afternoon apologizing, just as she did after TMZ caught her breaking the state's hands-free law by gabbing on her cellphone while driving.
