McCourts trial date set

Superior Court commissioner Scott Gordon didn't give either side what they wanted and set a court date of March 29 to decide issues of spousal support and attorney’s fees in the case of Frank and Jamie McCourt versus each other. Quip of the day, from Jamie's lawyer Dennis Wasser: Frank McCourt is suffering from RAIDS, "Recently Acquired Income Deficiency Syndrome." And in case you missed it, the Dodgers sent Juan Pierre to the White Sox for minor leaguers yet to be named.
