Alycia Lane still makes news in Philly

alycialanenydn.jpgChannel 4 reporter and weekend anchor Alycia Lane's lawsuit over her firing in Philadelphia is still working its way through the courts there. Lane was quite the media sensation there, and the Philadelphia Daily News has a story about her lawyer being chided for filing a brief that was too wordy. She sued CBS and her former co-anchor over an incident involving him spying on her email — Lane was fired after that and a clash with a New York city policewoman.

Add Philly: The co-anchor's wife, herself an ex-TV anchor, is running for Congress there as a Republican.
