Angels broadcaster Rory Markas found dead

rorymarkas.jpgTeam spokesman Tim Mead says the voice of the Angels was found dead at his Palmdale home on Monday. The cause of death is uncertain. Markas was 54 and had been doing Angels games for eight seasons. From 1994-97, he was the lead radio announcer for the Clippers, and he also had been a sports reporter for CBS 2 and KNX Radio and a sports anchor for KTTV.
