Philippe's closed by roaches, could reopen today *

Philippe the Original was shut down Wednesday after the Los Angeles County Health Department responded to complaints and found a live cockroach infestation. The restaurant is hoping to reopen by noon after re-inspection. LAT, KNBC, KCBS
