No L.A. plans for Bill Cunningham film

bill-cunningham-new-york.jpgLast week in Manhattan, fashionistas and media people got their first look at Bill Cunningham New York, a documentary on the octogenarian who has been shooting street fashion for the New York Times for decades. But don't expect to see it in Los Angeles any time soon. "No plans in L.A. so far," producer Philip Gefter told LA Observed's Judy Graeme. "We are hoping for national theatrical distribution. Fingers crossed."
