Salma Hayek's snake freakout *

I'm not sure how this stunt helps flack their movie, but Salma Hayek's reaction on the set out in Malibou Lake is memorable. "Somebody do something!" could be a pop culture punch line for awhile thanks to Salma. Maria Bello to the rescue.

* Coupla updates: For those who keep asking.

  • Malibou Lake is the traditional spelling of that one spot in the Malibu, and only that spot. It's another thing Google Maps gets a little off about Southern California, and that Thomas Bros. gets right. Here's some backstory and some more — Frankenstein's scene by a lake in 1931? Malibou Lake.
  • Hayek, of course, made a memorable arrival in the hearts and pocketbooks of Hollywood casting directors by table dancing with a snake (as Satanico Pandemonium) in "From Dusk Till Dawn." As George Clooney exclaims when she finishes, "That's what I call a (f-ing) show!" Video
