Noomi Rapace talks about moving on

Breakout Swedish actress Noomi Rapace sat down in Venice with Anne Thompson to talk about her new movie projects, her recent introductory trip to Hollywood and leaving behind the role of Lisbeth Salander. (For the record: she says she was not approached to play Lisbeth in the English-language version now being shot, and didn't advance the idea herself.) The video above shows part 1; two more parts and some backstory are in Thompson's post at Indiewire.

Lisbeth II: Still photos and video of Rooney Mara learning to ride a motorcycle n preparation for the David Fincher-directed, Americanized version of "Girl with a Dragon Tattoo" have surfaced on her website. She's newly dark-haired.
