Does Gary Leonard have an eye for the city or what? Check out Gary's LA Observed photo of the week, uncropped up in the front page image box (or here below the fold.) He caught up to Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa kicking it up with the Rockettes in Pershing Square. Love it.
