Vanity Fair's Hollywood issue hits newstands

VF-march2011-hollywood-issue.jpg

The young bodies that Vanity Fair hopes will boost magazine sales this year are, from left to right: Ryan Reynolds, Jake Gyllenhaal, Anne Hathaway and James Franco on the actual cover. Then, on the flaps, Jennifer Lawrence, Anthony Mackie, Olivia Wilde, Jesse Eisenberg, Mila Kunis, Robert Duvall (yes, look closely), Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Andrew Garfield, Rashida Jones, Garrett Hedlund and Noomi Rapace. (Question: will the movie academy be globally savvy and include Rapace in the Oscars broadcast?) West Coast editor Krista Smith writes about the cover shoot.

Looks from the cover lines as if the magazine got a writer inside the Paradise Cove trailer park. Heck, we have one of those every day.
