If AEG gets the go-ahead to build its NFL stadium and events center on the footprint of the existing Los Angeles Convention Center, L.A.-based Gensler will be the designer. "Today’s announcement represents a significant milestone and is a further sign that AEG is determined to make Farmers Field a reality while providing the leadership to modernize the Los Angeles Convention Center,” says a statement from Tim Romani, president and CEO of ICON Venue Group, AEG’s representative on the project.
