Garcettis move to Silver Lake

City Council President Eric Garcetti and his wife, Amy Wakeland, have moved from their long-time home in the Elysian Heights section of Echo Park. They are now in a newly purchased home in Silver Lake, says The Eastsider. The Garcettis have not sold the Echo Park home, his office confirmed. Makes you want to check and see if the new place is across any congressional or assembly district lines from the old place, given how crowded the race for mayor looks to be in two years.
