Murray gets 4 years *

Dr. Conrad Murray was just sentenced to four years in state prison for his part in the death of Michael Jackson. Whatever time he actually spends behind bars is to be served in the Los Angeles County jail, the judge ordered. A future restitution hearing will be held.

* Update: Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor called Murray's care of Jackson a "disgrace to the medical profession." Murray also loses his medical license.
