Tess Vigeland gets her feet wet for the story

"Marketplace Money" host Tess Vigeland took off her shoes and rolled up her jeans to dive deep into the story of the Downtown's new Grand Park. She interviewed designer Mark Rios while standing in the park's improved and newly interactive fountain.
