Obama coming back to Los Angeles June 7

Thumbnail image for obamajam-creshts-1011.jpgMark your Obamajam calendars. President Obama will fly in for a series of Democratic fundraisers, including a luncheon at Peter Chernin's home in Santa Monica. Tickets for the Chernin lunch range from $10,000 per person to $32,400 for those who want to co-chair an event, attend a special discussion and have their photo taken with the president, Tina Daunt says at the Hollywood Reporter.

This comes after the mayoral election on May 21, and thus avoids any messy questions — such as who does Obama endorse (officially neither) and who would he endorse if key Obama backer Jeffrey Katzenberg were not in the Greuel camp (don't know, but David Plouffe sent a random pro-Garcetti tweet the other day.)
