LA's year really has been warm

The National Weather Service says that Sunday's unseasonably warm temperatures broke a record that had stood for awhile. So far, 2015 has had the most days with a downtown high of at least 80 degrees — 162 days — of any year on record. The record until Sunday was set in 1958. Don't commit the number to memory. There figure to be more Santa Ana wind days ahead before this year ends.
