Dealbreaker (that's the Wall Street site of former Gawker editor Elizabeth Spears) came across this gem of a guy in the NY edition of Craig's List (one of many similar postings on CL). Well, at least the schmo is upfront about what he wants - almost like he's ordering a sandwich.
