This is one of those intriguing wire stories that's based on very scant information but gets picked up nonetheless. OK, here goes: A Bahrain newspaper is reporting that Saudi billionaire Prince Alwaleed bin Talal is in talks with investors to develop an $8 billion Disneyland theme park. That's billion. No clue on whether Walt Disney Co. itself is involved, but Bahrain has been trying to attract this kind of massive development - and there's certainly money to be had. Alwaleed, the world's eighth-richest man, indirectly owns 10 percent of Disneyland Paris operator Euro Disney (40 percent of which is owned by Disney).
