Latest spike in L.A. gas prices

An average gallon of regular is $3.975, according to the government survey, up eight cents from last week, and more than 50 cents from just four weeks ago. And of course that's just the average for regular - many of us are paying well into the $4+ territory. Question of the moment is how much further will prices increase if refineries in California decide it's more lucrative to increase their shipments to Japan.
