What Capitol Records building development would look like

capitol.jpg As you can see, the two high-rises next to the iconic structure would drastically change the neighborhood near Vine and Yucca in Hollywood. The towers could go as high as 48 stories; the Capitol Records tower (in the foreground) is only 13 stories. Of course, this is only a proposal - still to come are city approvals and, more problematic, financing. (via Curbed LA)
