DWP among the most hated companies in the U.S.

Well, at least according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (via Business Insider). As you might expect, the list is most made up of utilities, airlines and banks - sectors that we all love to hate. (One surprising entry: Facebook, mostly because of privacy concerns.) Common DWP complaints include billing problems and proposed rate hikes. Customers also suspect that the utility deliberately issues bill late in order to collect on the late fees. Among other disliked companies:

--UnitedHealth
--Facebook
--American Airlines
--United Airlines
--US Airways
--Charter Communications
--Comcast
--Time Warner Cable
--Delta
