What do you say when the guy next to you is going bonkers?

bost.jpgThis outburst from an Illinois state representative (something about pension reform) has been all over the Web, a kind of rant for the ages. But check out his colleagues. Most everyone is staring blankly into space, as if they were waiting for an elevator or something. The exception is the woman behind and slightly to the right of Rep. Mike Bost. She twirls her chair and at one point she appears to be smirking. (Actually, I think she's just trying not to break up.) So all you management consultants out there: What do you do when the guy next to you is going bonkers? I'd find a Marx brothers clip.(Forgive the subtitles.)
