Jerry Brown challenges Chris Christie to a fitness contest

jerrybrown.jpgThe boorish New Jersey governor called California's governor a "retread" (class act, eh?), and as you might guess the 74-year-old Brown wasn't going to take that lying down. "Not as much hair, I'm slowed down a little bit. But I have to tell you, I ran three miles in 29 minutes two nights ago," he told the United Food and Commercial Workers in L.A. "I hereby challenge Gov. Christie to a three-mile race, a pushup contest and a chin-up contest. And whatever he wants to bet, I have no doubt of the outcome." Now that I'd pay to see. Video was posted by the union.
