That's right - one bedroom (though there are two guesthouses, each with an additional bedroom). WSJ reports that the buyer is a European businessman who specializes in real-estate investments. Zanuck's widow had been quietly shopping the Beverly Park home for $26 million, but never officially listed it at that price. The Zanucks bought the land in 1987 for about $3.5 million.
