Riordan 'confused and disorganized'?

Conservative pundit Robert Novak writes in today's column that Schwarzenegger changed his mind and ran in the recall because he found his good friend Dick Riordan too "confused and disorganized" to be elected governor. Novak is a friend of neither, calling them both nonconservative and only "nominal Republicans," but says George Bush would be happy with Arnold's election.
