Life and Times on KCET (Channel 28, 7 p.m. and midnight) will look at the future of the old Raymond Theater in Pasadena on tonight's show. IMAX filmmaker Greg MacGillivray is also on the show, plus a discussion of the political fallout of the car tax bills now hitting throughout the state. On Thursday, the schedule features a report on drivers licenses for illegals and an interview with Barry Levinson about his first novel, Sixty-Six.

On Bookworm Thursday (KCRW 89.9 FM, 2:30 p.m) the guest is novelist Heidi Julavits, the author of The Effect of Living Backwards.
