Cathy Seipp in CityBeat doesn't quite buy my take on the L.A. Times groping story about Arnold, and doesn't quite dismiss it either. In any case, she writes that when she didn't rag on the LAT enough at her regular get together with the Jill Stewart-Mickey Kaus crowd, "I practically had martinis dumped on my head." For the record, while Kausfiles has come down hard on LAT coverage of the recall campaign, he pointedly did not join in the piling on against the groping story and stressed that he did not consider the timing politically driven.
