New at The Planning Report

Snappy new look to the website for The Planning Report by David Abel and friends, and an interesting list of L.A. stories this month: Steve Soboroff on Playa Vista, Antonio Villaraigosa on Latino New Urbanism, Eric Garcetti on inclusionary zoning and Wayne Ratkovich (who saved the Wiltern Theatre the first time around, and the Chapman Park Market) on his newest project, The Alhambra.

Too bad the website only lets you read brief summaries for free -- or $8 a pop to read the whole article, $35 for five stories. Full online-only access is $199 a year.
