View from The Shack
It's been a busy, and fruitful, blog week at Joyrides Without Maps. Check out Joseph's short ode to Playa del Rey (as viewed from The Shack): "If you've been in LA for a number of years, this western end of Culver signifies beloved freedom of movement..."
He also declaims on the fall of Pink's and on Joe Lieberman.

Thank you much, Kevin. I wondered why so many more than usual were posting there today.
You get out there, and Playa del Rey feels a whole hemisphere removed from Hollywood. It's like the land that time (or at least the CRA and the Planning Department) forgot.
Though I was really feeling cathartic to tee off on Lieberman, and though I never tire of yanking someone's chain here, I'm really not much of a political blogger. I guess that would be obvious.
