Photos of L.A. media types

From a mediabistro party in December at the Loews not in Beverly Hills, though the hotel would like you to think so. Photos include (but aren't limited to) Travis Smith of Variety, Andre Chautard and Melissa Quinlan of Movieline's Hollywood Life, URB editor Nicole Powers, Jewish Journal columnist Carin Davis, freelancers Celeste Mowro, Nikea Carwell and Michael Goldstein, and Independent Writers of Southern California president Flo Selfman.

Ironic, that--a sarcastic, sotto voce "wow" is precisely what I mutter to myself whenever I happen to misclick to your entirely self-referent, personal-angst riddled blog, Romellmann, and with futility attempt to make my way halfway down the page. Forgive me for trying on your own garb here--I am caught cross-dressing, damn...

Nancy's blog is pretty good. I loved the part about the wacky producer she worked for -- right after I'd read it, I read his name as he was commenting on someone in an obit. Great fun to have had the privilege of meeting him beforehand in Nancy's writings.
