Proctor goes away

Alexander Proctor, the ex-con accused of threatening Times reporter Anita Busch over a story about actor Steven Seagal, was sentenced to 10 years on an unrelated drug-trafficking conviction. In the Busch case, he apparently told an FBI informant he'd been hired by celebrity PI Anthony Pellicano to firebomb Busch's car. Instead, he left her a fish, a rose and note.
