The Livingston Awards are for excellence in reporting by journalists under the age of 35. This year's $10,000 award for international reporting went to T. Christian Miller, 34, of the Los Angeles Times for "Colombia's Children of War," his series about children living through the civil war in Colombia. Other winners.

* And more awards: Don Barteletti of the L.A. Times won an award today from the Casey Journalism Center for coverage of families and children, for his photographs with the Pulitzer-winning series, "Enrique's Journey." Also, Ed Humes won a Casey award for "The Unwanted," his piece on problems at the MacLaren Children’s Center that ran in Los Angeles magazine.
