Deaton move greased

The city's Chief Legislative Analyst, Ron Deaton, could be voted on by the Department of Water and Power board on Tuesday, and swiftly get city council confirmation to the $311,362-a-year post as DWP general manager. He began his city career at the department. In the Daily News, councilwoman Cindy Miscikowski confirms she is interested in Deaton's current job, which pays $286,724.
