Keller pushback

Nine members of the city council objected Thursday to the Port of Los Angeles giving a contract to former executive director Larry Keller, whose marketing deal could earn him more money than the port's full-time marketing manager gets. Mayor Hahn supported the decision to bring back Keller, just a few weeks after he quit the top job. The Breeze story counts seven objecting council members.
