Both Monday political notes columns glance at Antonio Villaraigosa's campaign website, which was relaunched last week. Rick Orlov in the DN says that Villaraigosa is borrowing from the Hertzberg play book, while the Times column (by Noam Levey this week) says the site echoes, of all people, Bob Dole. The LAT piece also looks at the little squabble from a few weeks back over Hertzberg's ads on Roger L. Simon's blog and the objections lodged by the grumps at Martini Republic (and discussed by Greg Dewar recently at Schädelmann.com). The item we reported last week on Laura Chick getting some year-end praise from PR Week rounds out the LAT column.

By the way, I've updated the links to the mayoral campaign websites in the left-side rail and added those minor candidates who have sites.
