Councilman Villaraigosa gets on a bus at 7 a.m. today in North Hollywood and, at least in theory, will keep making stops until the bus lets him off to vote in his Mt. Washington neighborhood at 7 a.m. Tuesday. [List of stops after the jump.] Mayor Jim Hahn's penultimate day on the campaign trail begins at Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles at 10 a.m., then he goes to the Jewish Home for the Aging in Reseda, Brent's Deli in Northridge and Reikai's Kitchen in Little Tokyo, then heads to a rally for the top of the 5 p.m. news shows inside his headquarters on the Miracle Mile. Sunday's spin through the churches was covered by the Times and Daily News, and the Times also gives us a story Monday about how voters are disappointed that — now that it's about over — the campaign failed to stir any good citywide debates about, well, anything. The Daily Breeze's David Zahniser also wraps up.

Also today: John Broder in the NYT, Martin Kasindorf in USA Today, Martin Wisckol in the OC Register. Ina Jaffe had a piece on NPR over the weekend. Also, some blogs to note: Marc Cooper says "I really, really, really want to squeeze this sleazeball Hahn out of power"...Ken Reich writes "I know racism when I see it, and I see it right now in Los Angeles in the Hahn campaign"...The Angelino asks "Where are the good guys?"
