Miller's offer

KFI's Eric Leonard reported Wednesday afternoon that the LAPD's John Miller has been offered an FBI job. Miller was on vacation and unavailable to comment, but a department spokesman later confirmed for City News Service that Miller was offered a bureau post. Miller is the former ABC News reporter who was picked by Chief Bill Bratton to head his counterterrorism unit. The previous buzz had been about Miller going to the Dept. of Homeland Security.
