City Hall departures
Jennifer Forkish, the press deputy to Valley councilman Dennis Zine, starts Jan. 17 as Director of Local Government Relations for the California Grocers Association in Long Beach. And catching up to some earlier moves, Playa Vista has picked up Maricela Gomez, the legislative deputy to Councilwoman Wendy Greuel, and Michelle Fleenor, the central area rep for Mayor Villaraigosa (as she was for former Mayor Hahn.)
