Hooters flyer Speaking of Animal Services, the department recently accepted an offer from Hooters to throw a benefit bikini contest. Hooters has done it for other animal causes, and for this one the department got as far as having this flyer designed for a July 13 event in Hollywood. Mayor Sam's Sister City posted about it this morning. Later in the day I'm told that Animal Services got the word from Deputy Mayor Jimmy Blackman: ixnay on the ootershay.
